Brian Leibrandt, principal of Leibrandt Group, is a licensed attorney, broker, and real estate developer.  Brian has worked in private practice, in-house, and now leads his own company.  Through these various roles he has experience in all facets of commercial real estate development from site selection, due diligence, and entitlements, to construction, leasing, management, and disposition.  Leibrandt Group provides legal and consulting services to private and institutional investors, retailers, and developers, along with developing and managing its own portfolio.
