Brian Leibrandt, principal of Leibrandt Group, is a licensed attorney, broker, and real estate developer.  Brian has worked in private practice, in-house, and now leads his own company.  Through these various roles he has experience in all facets of commercial real estate development from site selection, due diligence and entitlements, to construction, management and disposition.  Leibrandt Group’s core business is ground up development of commercial net lease buildings and related consulting.  Notably, Brian has been involved with over fifty Tractor Supply Company developments throughout the country.
